Bread of Life Food Pantry
Vernon Advent Christian Church hosts a food resource for those in need. The pantry is located in the back of the Fellowship Hall. Please check with Pastor Bruce or Andi re: current hours which may change depending on the season.
Donations of non-perishable foods are always needed (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SELL BY DATES TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE GIVING OUR VERY BEST). For more information see our Bread of Life Food Pantry Page.

Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse and is the world’s largest Christmas project bringing hope to needy children around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the Good News of God’s love. Since 1993, more than 86 million shoe box gifts have been delivered to children in more than 130 countries. To view their website go to : samaritanspurse.org/occ. Branches Pregnancy Center
Branches (formerly Care Net) Pregnancy Center of Windham County is a Non-Profit organization. Branches is here for our clients, the women that come to us with a need. Our goal is to meet that need and to meet the needs that they might not even recognize yet. We are here to support them and love them with the love of Jesus Christ. And we need your help!!! There are several ways you can us help us.

More than words in a policy statement, heart-felt senior care is our mission. It began in 1920 with housing and care for retired missionaries and, in time, services for all elders with residential and health care needs.

Today we provide a continuum of care, with facilities for independent living, assisted living and nursing care in Vernon, Vermont and Kittery, Maine. Alzheimer’s care and physical rehabilitation services round out our current (but continually growing!) capabilities.

We’re a not-for-profit organization managed according to Christian principles and values, and welcoming of all, without regard to background or belief.
